You don't need a Gym

As I mentioned before in my post, I started working out right before the pandemic closed every gym for a whole year, it sucked, but it didn't stop me from finding a way to workout. I went to YouTube college and found so many workouts that I could do from home. I made dumbbells from scratch but later little by little I started investing on some equipment, it was hard because everybody was trying to invest in a home gym. There's nothing like going to the gym and getting a full experience throughout the equipment available, But this tough era of my life taught me that you don't need the most expensive equipment and investing in some few things will get you to have a great workout at home. The days I don't have time to go to the gym i go back to these routines, i get a good quick pump and gets me going thru the day. Lately I've been investing my time working out at home because my car broke down. I highly recommend you investing on these workouts or equipment's if you cant go to the gym.

resistance bands"
using bands showed me that you will still feel that stretch and burn within muscle. In lockdown I didn't have money to buy dumbbells, for $20 I bought this package that came with four cables each being a different level of resistance.

(not me in the picture, but this is what I eventually did at home. I wish I was that ripped)

"Push-ups and pull-ups"
I always hated pull-ups and push-ups, I would always say to myself "I cant do one" but was I really expecting to do some if I never done it in my life...NO. My friend told me "The best way to get an awesome back is to do pull-ups, and an awesome chest is to do push up" and after watching a video of Arnold Schwarzenegger saying that, oh was I not motivated. I remember I couldn't do one pull up, I used to go to the park, and do some pull-ups at the monkey bars. The playground was a free gym to me. One day on Facebook somebody was selling a pull up bar for 20$, Facebook marketplace is such a great place to find equipment.

"walking"

The easiest thing to do, but many see through it. I was tired of looking at the ceiling and being stuck in a place with four walls around me. I had to get out, I needed air. It's a crazy feeling of knowing how much your life can change by just walking a mile per day. I would listen to some podcast, and walk around my neighborhood, you really do get to see beautiful things. Sometimes when you're looking for inspiration you just have to move and go somewhere new. You're physically and mentality working out. It's a beautiful therapy.
