Motivated through hard times
I remember I started working out few months before the pandemic started. I remember telling my friends that I wanted to start hitting the gym because I just wanted to improve my physique. And then one day the pandemic started and of course the city had to take safety measures and close down every gym, I was just in luck. But this motivated to invest and buy dumbbells plus a squat rack, the essentials to continue exercising. I do believe that everyone was going through hard time, I felt mentally drained by my surroundings and this was a depressive time period for a lot of of people, through the though times I got to meet a new version of myself. This sadness motivated me, and I decided to manifest that sad energy to strength, hard times motivated me to keep working out. I push myself More than I ever could through these days of lockdown And it taught me that anyone is capable of pushing themselves to a limit and even beyond that, that we as people set our own limits and we can surpass those limits that we place in our head. This pandemic for a lot of people was hard but I do believe through these hard times periods we get to know ourselves a little bit more. Solitude is a gift, and solitude helps us to know ourselves more. Now I cherish and appreciated silence in a world where people never stop talking.
